Discover the ultimate spring break experience for your child at the Westchester Child Development Center! From March 30 to April 3, 2026, we are hosting an extraordinary journey: "The Global Egg: Traditions, STEM & Art."
Designed for students in Grades K–5, this program is the premier choice for families in Hartsdale, Scarsdale, and the surrounding Westchester area who want a spring break filled with discovery, creativity, and high-level engineering.
Why Choose "The Global Egg" Adventure?
This isn't just a daycare—it’s a thematic exploration that blends cultural storytelling with hands-on STEM challenges.
Cultural Discovery: Children explore the diverse ways cultures celebrate spring through the symbol of the egg—from intricate Ukrainian Pysanky patterns to the history of the Faberge egg.
Engineering Challenges: Campers dive into LEGO Robotics missions, such as building "Egg-citing" delivery robots or designing protective structures for the classic egg drop challenge.
Creative Arts: Our project lab allows students to master traditional art techniques and modern digital design, including 3D printing and clay modeling.
