Cancellation Policy
Parents can submit adjustment requests (changes to dates, adding or canceling days) within the first two weeks of the school term. The deadline for submitting adjustment requests is 6:00 PM on the Friday of the second week. No adjustment requests will be accepted after the deadline. WCDC will process all adjustment requests during the third and fourth weeks, and we will do our best to accommodate parents' needs based on class availability. If we cannot meet all requests during the adjustment process, we will communicate with parents to reach a mutual agreement. Once the adjustment is completed, parents will receive a confirmation email with the new pick-up dates and any changes to the related fees. If additional payment is required, parents will receive a new invoice. If a refund is due, the corresponding credit will be applied to the student’s account and valid for one year from the date of issuance.
